FAQs – Ujala Happiest Onam Contest
1. How do I participate in the Ujala Happiest Onam Contest?
Visit www.happiestonam.com and enter your name and mobile number, and you will receive an OTP (One Time Password). Enter the OTP and submit. Enter your email ID, the Barcode of the pack, and the image of the pack to be able to select 3 out of 4 rewards. Once the rewards are selected, you will receive a downloadable Onam greeting card.
2. Where can I find the Bar Code on the pack?
Buy the specially marked contest packs of Ujala and find the ‘Bar Code’ printed on the back of the pack.
3. Is the Bar Code mandatory to participate in the contest?
Yes, you will need to input the correct bar code to take part in the Ujala Happiest Onam Contest.
4. How will I get to know if I have won the reward?
The successful participant winner would be contacted twice by call over a period of 48 hours. In case the successful participant is not reachable, the Organizer/Agency will reserve the right to forfeit entry. For Cashback/Shopping GV, the successful participant will receive an SMS with the reward code and web link to their registered mobile number.
5. How can I be eligible to win the rewards?
Visit www.happiestonam.com and participate with the valid Barcode to be eligible to select 3 out of 4 rewards.
6. I have won a Cashback; how do I claim it?
You can click on the link shared by SMS on the registered mobile number or visit www.happiestonam.bigcityexperience.com enter the reward code (received on your registered mobile number), name, and email ID, and submit. Select the preferred mode of cashback (UPI/NEFT/E-wallet) and enter the required details. You will receive your cashback within 24 business hours.
7. I have won a Shopping GV; how do I claim it?
You can click on the link shared by SMS on the registered mobile number or visit www.happiestonam.bigcityexperience.com enter the reward code (received on your registered mobile number), name, and email ID, and submit. The gift voucher will be processed on the customer's registered mobile number within 24 business hours.
8. I have won a Smartphone. How do I claim it?
You will receive a call from BigCity within 48 business hours of your winning to help you claim your prize.
9. I have won a Gold Coin. How do I claim it?
You will receive a call from BigCity within 48 business hours of your winning to help you claim your prize.
10. I want to know the status of my verification for Gold Coin/Smartphone.
Post successful verification of the documents requested by BigCity, you will receive an SMS with the tracking details of your reward on the registered mobile number.
11. I have not received any notification/SMS of the cashback credit in the account even after 48 hours?
Please check your preferred mode of cashback/statement to confirm if you have received the cashback. In case you have still not received the cashback, please write to us at feedback@bigcity.in
